Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

Mandatory Proof Requirement

To process any refund or replacement request, customers must provide:

  • A proper and complete unboxing video
  • The video must clearly show:
    • The sealed package before opening
    • The shipping label
    • The complete unboxing process without cuts or edits
    • The damaged, missing, or incorrect item clearly visible

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

No Return / No Exchange for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges in the following situations:

  • Customer changed their mind after purchase
  • Customer no longer wants the product
  • Wrong product ordered by customer
  • Compatibility issues not caused by us
  • Order cancellation request after shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless it falls under the eligible conditions mentioned above.
