Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements are only applicable if:

  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • The product delivered is incorrect
  • The product has missing parts or items

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Proof Requirement

To process any claim, an unboxing video is required.

  • Sealed package must be shown before opening
  • Shipping label must be visible
  • Full unboxing must be continuous (no cuts or edits)
  • Issue must be clearly visible in the video

Claims without valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

No Return, No Exchange & No Cancellation Policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer
  • Compatibility issues not caused by us
  • Order cancellation after confirmation

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded unless it qualifies under our replacement policy.

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
